My Initial Journey
In April 2023, my life took a drastic turn when I was hit by a car, resulting in a separated shoulder and a torn left pectoral muscle. The orthopedic surgeon's words, "You will never do a push-up again," hit me harder than the accident itself. Determined to defy this prognosis, I made a pivotal decision that day: to take my nutrition and fitness seriously. I embarked on a relentless journey of transformation, dedicating myself to understanding the intricacies of proper diet and effective exercise and most importantly understanding how our body works. Through sheer determination and perseverance, I have achieved remarkable results. Today, May 29, 2024, I proudly maintain 9% body fat and weigh an average of 207 pounds down from a high of 265 pounds. This webpage is a testament to my journey, created with the hope of inspiring and positively impacting your life as well. If I can overcome such obstacles and transform my life, so can you.
8 Months is the time frame between these two pictures. Looking back it’s honestly hard to believe. To me it seems to easy, but i’m here to tell you, it’s not. A “fuck it” mindset is needed. Setting daily, weekly and monthly goals is a must. Making hard changes goes beyond working out and eating healthy. It starts with understanding your body, your limits and pushing them day in and day out. I bunch of “little victories” add up to a huge victory.
